The Woodworks Residency brings together professional choreographers, dancers, and composers from around the world to create, collaborate, and connect their practice with the community of Traverse City, Michigan. Woodworks provides the unique access of space, time, materials, collaborators, mentorship, teaching opportunities, professional documentation, and production support needed to help launch the careers of emerging professional artists. We partner with the community to provide workshops for local students and sensory-friendly donation-based performance events for everyone to enjoy.
